The bumpers aren’t the issue with the pins getting stuck in them. You need to actually have the pin setter segment because the pinsetter adds a little extra length shouldn’t be a bumper inside the pin itself.

To help your pin problem, the bumpers don’t go all the way to the pins in real life.

The bumpers arent side to side with the pins it will end close to the lane but not completely because in the real lanes they got the sweeper to not get stuck on the bumpers

Wood was a great idea. You could stain it darker with wood varnish to complete the look! Do you plan on adding clear-coat?

You should make the gutters angled down so the ball comes back to you one you throw it, like a big slanted 0 around the actual bowling part
